Replaces the 5/4 pricing form. Built around what Jerome + the team worked through 5/5 — including a real rescope away from the original Mujeeb single-landing-page mechanic. Old form is stale; ignore it.

Product locked: ONE product = full site redesign + managed hosting + overlay-driven self-serve edits + service contract. NOT basic-vs-premium tiers.

Pricing structure locked (commitment-driven):

Pre-anchored numbers from Enns (calibrated to SMB carpet-cleaner audience, not WWP premium-agency canon): Default upfront $250, Default monthly $135, Long monthly $109, spread ≈ 19%. You confirm or override below.

Other locked decisions (sign-off requested at bottom):

Gating dependency: the whole pricing thesis depends on the overlay tool being production-ready when first customers go live. Section C below is load-bearing — if your timeline answer is > 4 weeks, several decisions need re-litigation.

Timeline: first paying customer in 30 days (per your Ryan-form input). Dunn's rollout sequence assumes 5/6 → 7/1, dependencies named.

If a customer wants to prepay upfront (12 months, full Long term, or any length in between) what's the discount structure? Cash now is better for the firm than cash later — we want this option available, including a fully-prepaid-at-signature shape if the buyer wants it. Question is the discount level (or whether to discount at all). Discount % can scale with prepay length if you want — note in free-text.

Monteiro's support-tax math (per his support-tax-math.md) puts SMB-managed-hosting ongoing at ~$177/mo per customer when realistically modeled (hosting infra + monthly touches + occasional client requests + average support load). At $135/mo, that's $42 below tax floor — meaning you'd need WP-platform efficiencies to bring real-cost below $135 for it to work.

At Long $109/mo over 36 months — does cost-of-goods leave acceptable margin?
Long shape adds the build labor (~$1,500 amortized) into the monthly ($1,500 / 24 months = $62.50/mo amortization). So real "ongoing service" share of $109 is ~$46/mo. Same Monteiro $177/mo support-tax test applies. Same multi-tenant efficiency assumption.

No-service price floor (Ryan's back-pocket quote)
When Ryan deploys the no-service option (fence-sitter conversion only, never advertised), what's the locked dollar amount he quotes? Has to be high enough to (a) actually disincentivize most prospects from picking it, and (b) make the orphaned-customer support risk worth the revenue.

30-day "shipped or refunded." Default shape: 100% refund of upfront if site not delivered within 30 days OR design approval stalls after 1 revision round. Long shape parity: first 30 days no monthly billed if cancelled. Invalidation triggers: customer ghosts kickoff 14+ days, refuses to provide assets after 2 written requests, demands out-of-scope work and refuses re-quote.

Flinthaus-direct, no sub-brand. Cold email = "[Jerome] from Flinthaus." If a label is ever needed for collateral, "Flinthaus Sites" works as a descriptor (not a sub-brand with its own logo/domain). Revisit naming on first referral close, not on calendar.
